Pivot birch mouthpiece

A pivot mouthpiece, works amazingly , I’ve loved and tooken good care of it , only reason I’m selling is because I got the core and no longer use the pivot unfortunately, but this thing spins the peals and it rips! Not to mention it goes hand and hand with the mocha pivot (pivot not included)
