Jerome Baker OG bubbler

I messaged Jason Harris about this piece. He said he believes it was made by Dave Popowitz in the Eugene shop back in the day. No idea what year. Shoot me an offer if interested. Great condition. Has one small spot in base that looks like resin but cant get it out no matter what i do. Hmu for more pics. This thing is a relic!
