Rare Bad Cat Glass Horny Genie / Genie Lamp, custom commissioned directly from the artist by my late husband in the late 2010s. This piece appears to be part of Bad Cat's experimental Horny Genie/Genie Lamp form, a distinctive sculptural design produced in a limited run. The piece features an incredibly intricate sculptural body with sweeping horn-like appendages, a worked handle, and a striking brain marble perched on top. The glass has beautiful fumed and iridescent coloration that shifts through gold, amber, peach, pink, purple, blue, and green depending on the lighting. The brain marble is a particularly eye-catching feature, adding incredible depth and character to an already unusual piece.
